Hintz Family

is adopting a child from United States of America

We have come to realize that there is always room at our table, whether it is extra friends for dinner, support, encouragement, or just conversation… or in a greater sense… room at the table for another permanent member of our family. God always has more interesting and wonderful plans for us than we can comprehend for ourselves. And here we unexpectedly find ourselves in another new adventure for our family.

Having completed 5 adoptions after 5 biological children, we were very shocked to hear one of our previous birth moms is expecting again. This little baby she is carrying will be a half sibling to our almost 7 year old. She is due anyday. While we are so sad for the hardship she is enduring and the hard beginning this little boy is experiencing, we are amazed, awestruck, and so very thankful for this precious little life that will be soon added to our family. He is already so loved and longed for.

Obviously, as a pastor's family raising 9 children from 22 years old down to 18 mos, will come with it's challenges and financially stretching moments. This new child certainly is coming as a surprise to us, but this baby's precious life did not take God by surprise. We greatly appreciate any support we receive, and especially for your prayers of protection for this little baby boy and us as we travel to OK to bring him home. There will be an extended stay there in OK where we will be separated as a family for an expected time of 3-4 weeks. This will of course have some challenges for those back at home with out mom for that long of a time. We know God goes before us and will provide in amazing ways in this whole situation and we are so thankful and privileged to be embracing this new little one into our family in the very near future. Thank you so much friends!
