4 baby girls, that's what God told us was our future just a couple of months after we adopted Ella, our 3rd daughter, back in 2012. We didn't know when it would happen or who it would be, we just believed and tucked it away in our hearts.
Fast forward 2 1/2 years to April 2015 and it was then that we felt it was time for us to begin to bring our other daughter home. On April 19, 2017, exactly 2 years to the day we submitted our initial adoption application, we got a phone call about a little girl, the little girl that our hearts have loved & longed for all these months.
Ileigh April is a beautiful 6 year old girl with thalassemia coming to us from China. She is the picture of God's faithfulness to our family. While we've had her in our dreams, we are anxious to finally have her in our arms.
Many of you have been devoted to prayer for us from the beginning. There is no way for us to begin to express our gratitude. Please don't stop yet! We have a bit more of the paperwork to manage & lot more of the finances to trust God to provide. We know, "He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it." I Thessalonians 5:24
