We have an amazing blessing that we are in the process of adopting. Our lil O has been a joy to add to our family. He is a strong warrior and has been battling for his health since day 1. We are in the process of working with a care team including 3 speicialists, 1 primary and numerous resources to prepare ourselves and help him develop. He has been fortunate enough to travel across Montana and to Salt Lake for care so far. O has a lot of rare diseases and medical conditions causing him to be blind in one eye, deaf in one ear, and a whole in his heart. We know the battles ahead (and anticipate many more) and we are preparing the best we can. We have been working our hardest to maintain a loving environment for him and our daughter who is nearly 2 (also adopted). We love both of our kids very much! Due to all his medical issues and the randomness of this unplanned adoption we have had to spread our resources out to ensure the capabilities to travel and provide the best we can for our family. Thank you so much and we appreciate anything! I understand some people feel this is inappropriate to ask for help however this is a tax deductible donation and we plan on donating to a Montana charity of your choice after the adoption is final and finances are more in line. Due to his medical conditions and requirements for upfront adoption payments, this has been unexpectedly hard. We are applying for grants to help with medical travel, training, etc. Thank you all once again and we look forward to having O become an official part of our family soon and to help him stay safe and healthy while being LOVED to the moon and back! ~Randy, Amanda, Faith and Owen
