We believe that through faith in Jesus Christ, we have been adopted by God! Because of His great and unconditional love in our lives, we feel there is no better way to follow after him than to adopt a child and share the love we&'ve found. We decided to enter into the international adoption process in November 2014. One year later, we were matched with a one year old boy from India! Because he is a child with special needs, he was given to an orphanage shortly after birth. But we know that God sees each orphan and calls people to respond to their needs, even people 8,000 miles away. We feel he has called us to this sweet child. Isn&'t it amazing, that before we even knew God, he chose us? In the same way, despite the fact that we have never met him, we love him already and can&'t wait to tell him that he has forever been chosen. THANK YOU so much to everyone who has and is giving to help us bring him home. 6/3/16 Update- We are currently in the process of having our paperwork approved by US Immigration. Our dossier was submitted to India in February. The agency says we could travel possibly around January 2017 to get our son. Our newest fundraiser is a t-shirt sale. 3/8/17 We passed court! Daniel is officially our son!! We hope to travel soon to bring him home : )
