We have BIG news! We are adopting a little girl from India!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful little girl from India into our home. As part of our adoption process, we started this support site to give family and friends an opportunity to join us on the journey.

We are trusting our God, who generously provides for His children, to provide exactly what is needed at just the right time. If you landed on this site, we hope you will consider how God might lead you to be a part of our story.

Our adoption just got updated to Travel Planned by Yates Family

We are so excited to be headed to India  on July 31 for 2 weeks to get our Ruthie Mae! This has been a year journey where the Lord has provided mightily. Thank you for joining in with us on this journey. 

Our adoption just got updated to Child Identified by Yates Family

Update as of May 2, 2019:
We have been matched with Ruthie Mae Swaroopa Yates and we are eagerly awaiting the last step in the process before we go to India to get her. Once the court in India approves our adoption paperwork (hopefully in May) we will be set to travel (hopefully in June). We are overwhelmed with God's goodness to us and Ruthie Mae through out this journey. Thank you for joining in with us - we covet your prayers during this last leg of the process. 

Our adoption just got updated to Child Identified by Yates Family

We are excited that the Lord has matched us with a little girl that soon be our daughter! We hope to travel and get her this summer. 

Adoption Update: Paperwork Completed by Yates Family

Effective October 19th, we have completed our Home Study and are excited to move forward into the India matching process. Please join us in praying for God to match us with the little girl He wants to join with our family and be our daughter or sister. We also have the majority of our adoption fees due over the next few months, so pray for God to provide exactly what is needed.
