We have BIG news!
We are adopting a child! This is in response to the individual callings we (Drew and Paige) felt individually starting decades ago, and the calling on our family that God has already begun to build. We are thrilled, humbled, nervous, and full of faith.
We are also beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. We feel strongly that the Lord has led us to Gladney Center for Adoption, and more specifically, their Domestic Infant program. Orientation was complete confirmation to us both as we fell in love with the staff, the program, the other adoptive families we met, and the mission of the organization. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that this program costs $40,000. That is why we are coming to you, those who know and love us, to ask for your partnership in this process.
We hope that you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he or she grows up. It takes a village, as they say, and we have been blessed with the best!
