We're headed back to China for Little Sister!
I adopted Asher from China in 2016 and I knew I would go back for another kiddo at some point. I want Asher to have a sibling and there are so many kids who need families. We made some big life changes (moved, got a new job) to make adoption #2 happen.
I began the process again in December of 2018. I wasn't matched yet so I was taking things very slowly. In June I got a file for a little girl and now I feel that sense of urgency to hurry things along so I can get her home! Little Sister just turned 2 years old and we hope to bring her home in a few months.
Adoption is a difficult and beautiful road to travel. It is a journey that I can't do alone. I am so thankful that you, my family and friends, have always been supportive. I am setting up this crowdfunding account to ask for your help. Adoption is expensive. Not everyone is called or able to adopt, but everyone can help in some way. Would you please consider donating towards adoption expenses to bring Little Sister home? Feel free to share the link if you have friends who would be interested in supporting adoption. I understand that not everyone is able to donate money.But everyone can pray, so please keep us in your prayers. Pray for quick processing of paperwork, health/safety/growth/development for little sister, preparation for all of our hearts as our lives are about to change greatly, and for money to come in and ease the financial burden. Money shouldn't stand between children and families.
