We are ADOPTING!!!
We are beyond excited and can't wait to welcome a baby into our family after yearning for the titles of "Mom" & "Dad" for so long.
We have created this page to share updates on our journey to parenthood! And as you may know, adoption is expensive. So we have also started a crowdfunding campaign. We are hoping to raise $10,000 to help ease the financial burden so that we can focus on bringing our baby into a loving home with everything they will need. We are thankful for your love and support throughout our journey.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as they grow up.
We just spent 10 days in Guatemala, and it was truly life-changing. This was something we knew we wanted to do before building our family. We wanted to give back and help others in any way we could. And taking this trip was the best way I could have done that. The people in the village stole my heart. I am so glad we were able to take time to slow down and really notice the beauty and what God provides in life. We were able to check off and sit down and pray about this journey and the work done in the village and the country. The joy and the gratitude showcased during our time in the village and the country is something I will forever keep in my heart. Especially as we continue in this journey into parenthood.

Our profile is live! (As of June 1!) We are officially waiting to be matched with a birth mom! While we hope and pray the process doesn't take too long, this could take anywhere from a few months to several years. While we wait, we have been taking time to do things on our bucket list - like our mission trip to Guatemala - and gathering baby items, preparing to welcome our baby into our home. We are so incredibly thankful that adoption is part of our journey to become parents!
Shortly after we got married in 2021, we were diagnosed with couple different forms of infertility. We took some time to really pray and weigh our options. Adoption has always been something in our hearts. And after unsuccessful treatments, we felt God truly guiding us towards adoption. In mid 2023, we dove into paperwork, training and the home study process.
