Hello dear friends and family. Thank you so very much for taking the time to consider being a part of what God is doing in our lives. We feel so honored to be joining Our Saviour in His work. We have always had hearts for orphans and here God has provided a daughter for us. Her name is Zheng Fei Ting. We will name her Hadassah or Haddy for short. Hadassah is the Jewish name for Esther. We named her Haddy because her life parallels this great heroine in the bible. Haddy was left at 13 days old on a busy street and was found by some police officers. She was born with a cleft/lip and palate and missing right eye. From the pictures and video we have seen, she looks like a curious, persistent, and determined 20 month old. She has already had one cleft palate surgery but will need a few more cosmetic surgeries when she arrives. However, we rest in Gods truth that He has made everyone "fearfully and wonderfully" in His image. He is the Creator and does not make mistakes when He knits us in our mothers womb! When we started the process we were told that between 16 to 24 months we would be matched, but here we are at 9 months into the process we were matched!We did not expect to be matched with a daughter so quickly. Gods timing is perfect. With less time to save up financially would you consider praying and possibly helping us financially with the cost of flying to China. Our total adoption cost is 26k and we would like help with 10k. God has provided over and over and I know finances won&'t stop Him. We just receive our LOA (letter of acceptance) on 11/13/15. Looks like the end of the first week in February we will be traveling to BRING HADDY HOME!
