In May 2015,Winston was born and joined our family. His adoption brought us much joy. God's faithfulness and provision during the process overwhelmed us! We are grateful that so many friends and family lovingly supported us. In mid February of this year, we received news that Winston's birthparents are expecting a baby in July…..and would we be interested in adopting the baby? After catching our breath and a few days of deep thought and prayer, we felt led to move forward in adopting this little girl into our family. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of paperwork and planning. This adoption is a surprise to us and comes less than a year after Winston's adoption. As a result, we have limited funds available to cover the adoption fees. It is hard for us to ask for financial support but we know we can't do it without the help of others. We are partnering again with AdoptTogether, which makes it possible for individuals to receive a tax deduction for any financial gifts given towards our adoption. We are humbled and thankful to be graciously supported in this way. Thank you for your love and support for us and eventually for this little girl as she becomes part of our family. We would appreciate your prayers for our family, the baby, and the birth family. We can't wait to meet this little one and see what the Lord has planned! Each adoption process has stretched us in new ways, revealing again and again that our Heavenly Father is faithful, a God of detail, all-knowing, and all-sufficient.
