We are a waiting family for domestic adoption.
God put adoption on Nate and I's hearts since we began dating 12 years ago. As God's plan unfolded in our lives we gave adoption to the Lord and walked through many things that taught us that His plans are so much better than ours.
In March of 2020, God blessed us with a new home and we were given more than we needed incredibly. In this time God showed us that this was why He gave us the desire to adopt years ago.
Through many trials over the years, we came to a place where we are no longer able to have more children the traditional way. And now that we have this home that gives us the ability to add to our family, we see God working His perfect plan out in our lives.
Our motto through this chapter has been "The risk is greater if we don't". We have chosen to follow Christ and His plan for us and our family, and He has so graciously led us to adoption. We know we can trust Him to provide what we need both financially and emotionally to walk this road. And whatever this path ends up looking like, we know He will use it for His glory.
We are pro-life and we want to do whatever possible to promote life and support parents who are not prepared or equipped to care for their children on their own. Our mission is to be Christ's hands in feet to those who are alone and hurting.

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We have so appreciated those who have already supported us with our garage sale and our T-shirt sale. From those who have donated items to be sold, donated time to help set, and those who have made purchases, providing funds for our adoption fund. You have been incredible!! And you have made a huge difference already!
With every donation we will be writing your name on a puzzle piece. When a placement is made we will put this puzzle together, frame it, and place it in the bedroom of our newest family member. This will be a reminder to us and this child of all the people who are part of making this adoption possible.
