"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery Three years ago, I began an incredible journey of the heart and adopted a little girl from China. She is just an amazing ray of sunshine! My daughter has albinism and is legally blind, but that doesn&'t stop her from doing anything any other kid can do—from running in the snow to flying kites, as in our picture above! In October, it came to my attention that another little girl in China, a nine-year-old with the same disability as my daughter, also needed a loving home. I took one look at her picture and fell in love. I would love to be able to give her the chance to thrive as much as her sister has, the chance to be part of a family who loves her. Adoption is expensive, and as a single mom, it is even more difficult. If you would consider helping us bring Annie home to her little sister, we would be so grateful! These little girls are such a blessing, and it is an honor to be their mom! Thank you sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts, to the top of the kite string! :-)
