Hi, everyone!
We’ve been talking about this path for a while, but now we are officially on the path to adopting a child!
We and the kids are very excited and have been preparing for this big adjustment to our lives. We are very close to completing our paperwork and will soon be learning who our new family member is.
In addition to preparing emotionally, spiritually, relationally, etc. for such a change, adoption comes with many fees. To help with this part of the process, we’ve started a crowdfunding campaign. Our adoption related costs may easily total $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $24,000 to help with these costs.
God has seen us through so much and blessed us through our friends and family in ways that we never could have imagined. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
