Hello! We&'re Sam & Greta West. Thank you for looking at our profile. We&'ve been married for 29 years. We have 5 biological children - all are either in college or in the work force or both. God has blessed us with 5 caring, compassionate children. Our adoption story started 19 years ago. Back around 1997 Greta & I came across an advertisement in our local newspaper. The ad asked the reader if they had room in their heart for one of the pictured special needs babies. Greta&'s heart was immediately moved - mine was caught up in the details. "We don&'t have the money, we already have a house full. Our twins were born later that year which further confirmed my opinion. 10 years later God woke me up - Through a single event He showed me that not all children have it as good as mine. It has taken me a few years to get to this point but I am all in now. I&'ve pushed this forward since 2013. I clearly see God&'s hand in this and am trusting Him with the details. We are placing our faith in God knowing that He will provide. We started our Adopt Together account with the plans of adopting 1 child. Since then, we have been asked to consider an additional little one. Both are girls, around 20 months old. We have already adopted them in our hearts as our baby girls. We have been working to prepare everything for their arrival. We have borrowed a portion of the money needed for this and are trying to raise money via fundraising. Unfortunately, international adoption is very expensive. We are humbly requesting your help in bringing our daughters Grace & Olivia home. Above everything please pray for us.
