Hi! We are the Bardash family, Bryan & Ashley (plus Bear & Peanut, our 2 little fur babies). We have been married going on 8 years, and we have loved experiencing life's adventures together along the way. We met & dated in college and knew fairly quickly that we would get married one day, so we began talking about the future early in our relationship. We knew at that time that we both were called to adopt and that it would be a part of our story. Of course, we had the "perfect" plan to have biological children and then adopt to provide a loving home for a child who otherwise may not have one… Little did we know at the time, God had bigger plans for our story. Over the past 5 years we have walked through the ups and downs that come alongside a long battle with infertility. After several failed fertility treatments and a whole lot of prayer, we began to talk about starting our family through adoption. We are excited to walk through this adventure together and cannot wait to meet the precious child the Lord is going to bless us with.
Through God's provision, we have been led to work with Faithful Adoption Consultants in our journey to bring home our precious baby. FAC is a Christian adoption referral service that networks with adoption agencies all over the U.S. Because they network all over the country, the average wait for FAC families is less than 4.5 months, so this process could move rather quickly and once we match we will need to have the funds available to move forward.
First and most importantly, we covet your prayers in and around this process. Adoption can be a rollercoaster ride, but we feel wholeheartedly that this is what the Lord has called us to do and we know that He will continue to open the doors necessary to do so.
