Our family was blessed with the adoption of our daughter four years ago after a five year struggle with infertility issues. We have always wanted to be a family of four and were thrilled when we were selected to adopt a baby boy. Dylan was born on March 11, 2015. We were at the hospital for his birth and Jenn cut his umbilical cord. We brought him home and spent two amazing weeks parenting him. Our family was devastated when we had to give him to Social Services due to circumstances beyond his birth mother&'s control. We acquired an attorney to assist his birth mother with her rights. We incurred unexpected expenses and had to change to a private agency that has expertise to make the adoption happen.
