God has lovingly revealed to us through scripture that we are adopted as children of God. Being convinced that we are God’s children, we strive to be a living example of God’s love for us through adoption. The very concept that we are adopted into the family of Christ not by through our own power but by the grace of God is, for us, an inescapable reality that we have to open our lives and hearts to do likewise. To open our lives to a journey of difficulty, joy, tears, anxiety, frustrations, trust, and reliance of God is one way we live in the love of Christ. Through this experience we want our family to be a living symbol of the grace of God and the celebration of finding redemption through Christ.
