Hello everyone!
My name is Nicholas and the beautiful lady beside me is my wife Stephanie. I know what you’re thinking, how’d I trick her into marrying me?! Trust me if I knew I’d tell you.
So if you happen to be reading this, you know that we are planning to adopt a child! We honestly couldn’t be more excited to be in this journey.
We are the type of couple that are already getting the nursery ready, adding all the safety locks and buying some clothes. To say we are excited is an understatement.
It’s not just us either, our whole family may be more excited than we are. That baby isn’t going to know how spoiled it will be.
Currently we are moving pretty quickly through the process. We just finished all our medical, and waiting to get our home study complete.
While we are almost ready to be approved, we are staring to get all of our finances in order. We want to make sure we are ready for when our beautiful baby is ready to come into this world.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $13,500 to help ease the financial burden that is starting to overwhelms us.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as they grow up.
