We both have always had a passion for loving children unconditionally, and both expressed early on in our relationship that we yearned to be parents to numerous children. God blessed us with a daughter, Marley, and now we are trusting that God has it in store for us to provide our home to a child in need of some unconditional love.
Due to medical conditions and complications from the birth of our daughter, it has become incredibly difficult for us to fulfill our dreams of giving Marley a sibling and us another child to love. We have tried numerous methods of fulfilling our dreams and God's purpose for our lives, and have experienced a full spectrum of emotions in the process. After grieving the loss of our second child at 8 weeks pregnant, we believe it is God's plan for us to have another child. We understand that God has adopted us into His family, and through such grace we would like to provide a child with the same opportunity here on Earth.
This is where we need your help. We trust that God will fulfill His plan, but we are asking for your support. Adoption costs today can cost a great amount, and we are willing to do what is necessary to give our future child the opportunity to grow up in a loving and supportive home. We do not expect anyone to provide the full funding, though it would certainly help us fulfill God's calling on our lives. Please, we ask that you consider coming alongside us in this journey and pray for us. If you find it in your heart to help financially, it is greatly appreciated. It is with extreme excitement and love that I share we are officially in the Adoption system! After a long process we have completed our home studies, submitted all paperwork, and created a booklet for our future baby's mother (whoever that may be!).
We are so thankful and appreciative of all the loving support, prayers, encouragement, and of course donations we have received as of this point. We cannot wait to introduce our future child to each and every one of you. Please, continue the prayers. With God, all things are possible.
We are still a long ways off from reaching our financial goal to pay for this as well. Please continue to pray that we are able to raise the necessary funds to support and take care of our sweet child, and that we find ways to continue raising funds as well. We are open to any and all ideas, and would greatly appreciate any words of wisdom along the way.
