In April 2013 we started our journey towards bringing Olivia home. God had put upon our hearts that we were to adopt and a few months later as we were working out the details, an acquaintance through our church told us of Olivia&'s story - abandonement at 5 days of age, spina bifida, and surgery requiring nearly 2 months in the hospital. Before we knew it, our hearts were tied to this little girl and we were blessed through a miracle that only God could have orchestrated when we were matched to Olivia in July 2013. Olivia is now nearly 16 months old. Those that have met her tell us that she is a quiet, strong and loyal little girl. She was born with Spina Bifida and Tethered Cord Syndrome, though is now taking steps to walk. She is babbling, saying "mama", eats well, and from all of the pictures that we have seen, she has a belly just like Ava and Kaitlin did at her age. We are asking that you prayfully consider making a donation to help us bring Olivia home. Our Dossier (required paperwork) is within a month of being sent to China, and from there we are hopeful that we will be able to bring Olivia home in April or May. With gratitude, Andrew & Kim
