Hi, My name is Jenn Brakeman, Licensed Midwife. My husband Matthew is a Sheriff Deputy for Kootenai County, ID. Matthew and I were married in 2006. Most of our married years, Matthew has supported me in my pursuit of Midwifery. We served on the mission field, in Thailand, for three years and then returned to Coeur d&' Alene. I have worked for Dayspring Midwifery, delivering over 100 babies, in the Coeur d&' Alene area since 2008. Throughout this time we have patiently, and sometimes not so patiently, waited to be blessed with a child of our own. As the years passed it has not happened for us. Now the Lord has blessed us with a baby on the way, by adoption. Our son is due around Christmas 2015. We have been working with two wonderful adoption attorneys at Adoptions West. They have recommended that we share our need through AdoptTogether so others can share in our Joy.
