We are ADOPTING!

God has been so kind and has opened up the door for us to adopt! We have felt the nudge to adopt for some time now together married, but have also felt the calling separately. I (Mikaela) have felt called to adoption since elementary school and knew one day it would be apart of my story in some way and the Lord was so gracious in sending me a husband who has the same heart for it. We both have been on mission trips, having a heart for orphans and we even stepped into foster care for a short time a few years ago. After having Beckett, I (Mikaela) have faced some health challenges from pregnancy & beyond that made us start to look at all our options. We always knew we wanted to adopt, not knowing exactly when that would occur, but God has made it clear that now is THAT time!

We can’t wait to bring home a precious little baby who we will get to raise up to know Jesus & to be loved by so many of YOU!

The most important ask that we have is for you and your families to join us in prayer as we go on this adoption journey! We know God provides and it’s through him that we are able to adopt a sweet little one. Would you pray for the birth mom who is so brave to entrust us to parent her baby, and that others would see Jesus through this. Also, that God would prepare our hearts and home & for our little guy that the Lord would prepare him to also become a big brother!

Through this process, we will have financial goals to meet, and if you feel led to give, no matter the amount, it would bless our family and this journey significantly!
