After being together for six years, we are excited to build our family through open adoption! We are grateful to be part of a loving and supportive community that will help our child grow and learn. Open adoption is our first choice because it places the child first and allows them to know who their birth family is. We’re lucky to be able to work with a local adoption agency called Pact to connect with expectant parents who are looking to place a baby of color with a family of color. We’ll most likely adopt an infant born in California. The entire process will cost $30,000. We’re seeking help from our friends & family to raise $15,000, because we already have $15,000 saved up to adopt. Thank you for any amount you can give!
