We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. We have set up this account for those that feel called to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. We are making financial steps to ensure the maximization of what we are able to save through our combined incomes. Additionally, we are actively seeking out grants that we may or may not qualify for.
The most important way you can help us during this process is through prayer. We ask for continued prayers that God will guide our steps and keep us focused on the goodness of His plan, even during the waiting. We ask for prayers for our child's Birth Mother, that she is safe, healthy, and surrounded with overwhelming peace as she navigates this choice that she will face with overwhelming bravery, and selflessness.
We are beyond grateful for your generosity, thoughtfulness and continued prayers. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
