We are so thrilled to officially announce that we are adopting a child!
We have always had the desire to be parents and about 2 years ago began trying to conceive. After struggling through infertility treatments with no success we felt like God was calling to grow our family through domestic infant adoption. Adoption has always had a special place in our family and we are beyond excited to begin this journey. We are currently doing everything we can to be prepared to bring home our new baby. The home study process is being finalized and we anticipate being active with our agency in January.
Where we could really use your help in our journey is with financial support. Domestic infant adoptions are very expensive — on average the process costs $40,000! We are taking intentional steps to save and apply for grants but we would greatly appreciate any support you could share with us.
We are so thankful to have friends and family that will love and cherish our future child. Even if you are unable to give, we want you to be part of this journey with us!
