We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set up a fundraiser to help with anything that might come our way.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
Our adoption journey began in 2013, unfortunately we were involved with an illegitimate agency and ended up losing $25,000. Fast forward 5 years, and we're going down this road again!!! We have done extensive research and found an agency that we feel right at home with. Angel Adoption Inc is located in the Chicago area, and has been helping facilitate adoptions for more than 20 years.
We understand we're asking for financial help, but we would be honored by any and all donations to making our dreams of a family come true.
