Why adoption? Adoption has been our desire for many years and we are so excited to open our home to a child who needs a family. When we had our first child,Landon,our desire to adopt became even deeper. The way we love Landon cannot be explained in words. Even though we love him so much, our love for him leads us to weep for children all over the world who do not have a family. In October we were given approval from China to adopt a little boy named Max. We found Max on a Special Focus list of children who are more difficult to place with families. The sooner Max comes home, the sooner he can get the medical treatment he needs and can become part of our family! We already love Max so much and cannot wait to see how God will continue to provide for us on this journey to bring him home. Our adoption fees are approximately $30,000, and although we would love to pay for them ourselves, it is currently not possible.
