God started working on our hearts several years ago as we learned about the plight of orphans in the U.S. and around the world. In 2013 we adopted our first child, Asher. He is amazing and we can’t imagine life without him. He rocked our world in the best of ways. We thought our family was complete after his adoption but then God put that nudge in our hearts once again. This time we have the opportunity to bring a sweet little girl into our family. This adoption has proved to be much more difficult but it’s also been a huge lesson in growing our faith in God, acceptance of His timing, and perseverance to the end.
