We are a big family with an even bigger story.
We have five biological children (12, 10, 8, 6 & 5) and our three youngest all have special needs. It’s been a beautiful journey through the eyes of our amazing kids.
My husband, Philip, lost his best friend to congestive heart failure and that friend left behind a 15 year old with both Down syndrome and autism and when no one else stepped up to love him, we started the process to adopt.
We are working towards adoption but also need to make some changes to our home to give him the proper space and any help is so greatly appreciated.
