Hello Friends & Family!
After months of planning and dreaming of starting the adoption process, we are finally doing it!
We are innately excited to begin the process of bringing a little one into our lives! Our
brains are buzzing with all the possibilities - the "who", "when", and "what" questions. But
with those come the "how" questions. It may surprise you to hear that the adoption process can easily cost up to $35,000 from start to finish. We are doing all we can to be prepared, but as teachers we clearly are not in it to make the big bucks. That is why we decided to start a crowdfunding campaign - to lessen the financial burden that comes with growing our loving family.
If you can't donate at this time, we understand and know that you'll be sending plenty of love and support our way as time goes on. If you can, we hope that after being involved in this process you will consider yourself to be a part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
