We are so excited for the chance to add to our family by adopting. We have both wanted to adopt for some time now, just had to wait to be more settled from our nomadic ways. It has been six years in the making. Back when we first married, adoption wasn't a part of our thought process. Then we met a couple at our church who adopted two from Ethiopia. They were very encouraging and outspoken about adoption. This couple was also open about the challenges adopting created. Adopting our children was planted, like a seed in our thoughts! From there out we have encountered many people; friends, cousins, and acquaintances who have all adopted. All these people have impacted us towards adopting. Brian and I believe God has called us to build our family through taking in orphans. WE love Jesus and want to love these kids, one kid at a time. We chose Kyrgyzstan because we both have an interest in the post-Soviet countries. Sadly, we had to switch countries due to some problems with Kyrgyzstan. So now we are adopting from India! And we are very excited about it! Thanks for reading our profile!
