We started talking about adoption a month after we got married. Although we wanted to wait a few years before adding kids, we both knew that adoption was a desire God placed in our hearts. Our biggest motivation to adopt is out of the love that God has for us. Next is because He commands us to love others. We believe that adoption is God&’s heart. He has adopted us and we have become His children. We want to open our hearts to love a child as our own son/daughter. With this desire, we decided to be intentional with the decision to adopt first.
