We have BIG news!
We are adopting again!
For those of you that don’t know our story we have been married 8 years and have a 3 year old little boy! After we got married we knew we wanted to start a family & found out rather quickly that it would be much harder and longer than we ever imagined. The road that led us to adoption was a hard one but the beauty that has healed us is something I would never change. We wouldn’t have the joy without the pain. We are so grateful that we have been chosen to walk this road, it’s hard but it’s holy & I wouldn’t want it any other way. So thank you for sharing in our journey with us, through prayer and support of all kind. Many of you have walked along side us for so many years and have faithfully prayed, cried, rejoiced and loved us through each step. We love you and are so grateful for each and every one of you for being such an intricate part of our story.
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started some fund raisers to help ease the financial burden that comes with adoption costs. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. We are grateful that we are working with an agency that really works to keep costs low as well as truly investing in both the adoptive family and birth mamas. We have set a goal of $15,000 to help ease this burden. Please know that any help, big or small is such a blessing to our family. Pray with us as we seek to step into the Lords will in this new chapter, that we would be sensitive to the Lords leading and trusting Him with our finances and hearts.
