Meet our beautiful soon-to-be-adopted daughter, Charisa! She is truly our miracle in every way! After dreaming and praying to grow our family for almost 10 years, and enduring a heartbreaking failed adoption match, we got the call that would change our lives forever. .. a baby girl had been born, did we want to be her family? Of course we said "yes" and found out on Valentine&'s Day that we had been chosen to be her parents! This little sweetheart was born 5 weeks early, weighing in at just 3lbs 2oz. She spent the first 3 weeks of her life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but exceeded everyone&'s expectations coming home happy and healthy at just 4lbs on March 4th! As we have grown and bonded as a new family we are seeking help for the final step - to finish paying her adoption expenses and finalize her adoption - finally becoming a true forever family!
