Many of you know that we have adopted two of our awesome children, Cameron and Sarah. This was over eight years ago and has been a wonderful experience!
If you don’t know us, let me take a second to introduce our family. We are Matt and Stacie, along with our four children Cameron, Sarah, Darius, and Justus. I Matt have worked in the ministry and am presently a salesman. Stacie works hard at home caring for our kids and home schooling. Cameron is a Senior in high school and loves hanging with his friends and working on his car. Sarah is in 6th grade and is a great reader. Darius is 10 and loves all things outdoors and Justus, who is four, is full of energy and life. We have a beautiful family but God has stirred in our hearts to adopt again.
We are certified through DSS but God has given us an opportunity to pursue a private independent adoption through an adoption lawyer instead of an agency. Because of how quickly circumstances can change when adopting this way, we have not said much publicly about it. But a baby girl is due in North Carolina at the end of January and we are moving forward in faith. We invite you to pray with us and if God stirs your heart, would you also consider giving?
Since we are not using an adoption agency, our cost is much lower than a typical private adoption. Our total expenses are around $8,000 since most of what we owe is lawyer fees and court costs. Thank you for your prayers and your consideration to give!
