We're adopting a baby!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign.

We've been interested in adoption since we were engaged and have been praying for God to lead us. Adoption also holds a special place in our family, with Patrick Patterson (Cody’s dad), being adopted as a baby.

As Christians, adoption has a unique meaning to us. Though we were once separated from God as a result of our sin, God rescued us through the death of his son, Jesus Christ, and adopted us into his family so that we could spend eternity with him.

It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total over $35,000 and often overwhelm adoptive parents.

Now that we have been matched with a baby, we know our specific cost is $29,000 and we'd love to partner with you financially as we look forward to welcoming baby Patterson home soon.

Psalm 68:6 says, "God makes a home for the lonely." We are humbled to open our home to a baby who needs a family.
