The Coolidges are ADOPTING!

Even as a little girl, I (Carolyn) was passionate about adoption. Of course, I didn’t know then (and am still learning now), about the complexities of adoption. While in Nepal, (the trip I met Jacob on) Jacob shared his desire to adopt. Although I already admired Jacob, this really caught my attention. Fast forward- As we considered marriage, we both agreed that we hoped to one day grow our family through adoption.

We have started a crowdfunding campaign as a way to allow tax deductible donations throughout our adoption process. You may be surprised to hear that adoption, even within the United States, can cost anywhere from $24,000 to $60,000 (and sometimes even more). We would love to share with you WHY it costs this much and why there is such a wide range.

We hope that as you join us on our adoption journey, you would pray that we would have wisdom each step of the way. We also hope that you would pray for expectant parent(s) who are considering adoption. Our prayer is that they would experience peace and wisdom as they are considering their options. Please pray for medical professionals, social workers, lawyers, and other professionals that we will interact with and the expectant parent(s) interact with.

We are so thankful that YOU decided to visit our fundraising page. We are so thankful for your love, support, and prayers. Right now, we are dependent on our community to bring home our baby, but we also will need you as we step into parenting!
