We have prayerfully made the decision to add to our family through adoption!
We are both nervous and excited as we begin this process which can often be described as a rollercoaster. God has called us all to care for orphans and widows domestically and abroad. Jesus said that if we love the least of these, we love him. And in James 2, he speaks about having faith but no action. We cannot live by faith alone! God calls us to do radical things in this world and we could not feel more humble or amazed He has invited us on this journey.
As part of our adoption process, we have started an account so if you feel led to give financially you may do so. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs both domestically and internationally can lead amazing families away from it, leaving children without loving homes. However, we know that with God ALL things are possible!
Family and community is more important now, than ever. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child(ren) as he/she grows up, and watching God work a miracle.
