We're Jason and Jess Crawford from Iowa. We have three biological children and are in the process of adopting two children from Africa. In July of 2012 we were matched with a boy and a girl. In March of 2013 we lost the referral for our daughter when her birth father requested her back. We were then matched with a new born baby girl. Due to some policy changes our son is still waiting to come home and we are still waiting for paperwork to be processed for our daughter. We are eagerly waiting for an email from the U.S. Embassy saying that it will be time to travel soon. God has provided for these adoptions so far and we pray that He continues! Because of the longer wait there is extended interim care for both children. We will also have one last payment to our agency and travel cost for two separate trips to Africa.
