We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $46,500 or more. Between legal fees, medical expenses and costs of the agency to facilitate this process it can be a lot. This is why we are inviting others along the journey, as we've learned that many people are unable to adopt, but most people want to support adoption.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.

We are currently waiting in Delaware in a hotel to be released to cross the state line with Keilani. Please pray we get released ASAP so we can be in the comfort of our home. Of course, we want God’s will to be done. Thank you all again for your generous contribution. I have submitted the grant request and should get it within the next 30 days.
When it's all done it will come out to be around $50,000. It is only by faith we can do this. If it is God’s will it's God's bill. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus. Love you all.

We found out yesterday that we got matched with an emergency adoption and need to go to Wilmington Delaware today in the middle of the snowstorm to pick up Keilani (baby girl) who was born on Friday Feb, 9th. It's all happening so fast and we will update more at a later time. Please keep us all in your prayers.

Our first sleepover with Isaac is scheduled for this Wednesday, January 11th. We will pick him up at the agency in southwest Jersey and head back to our place. Prayers appreciated. We will keep you posted on how it goes. Thank you for your playing a part in this miracle adoption journey.

Hey everyone,
We are so thankful for all of you and your generous donation. God is so faithful. Our first zoom meeting with the mom and Isaac went well. 6 days later we met in person at the agency. It was supposed to be a 1 hr meeting and we all hung out for 2 hrs. We had a great time. There are some concerns regarding his speech delays and we are believing in healing and the proper setup. Our next bonding time will be a sleepover sometime next week. If that goes well the transfer will begin. The agency insisted on a slow and smooth transfer for Isaac. We are shifting from newborn to toddlerhood and waterproofing the home. Please continue to pray for all the next steps to go according to God’s will. Thank you for being a part of this miracle adoption journey. It takes a village and we are so thankful for you. We still have ways to go, but with God all things are possible.
