Recently we heard adoption referred to as a burdensome blessing and that perfectly describes our last two years.

We’ve climbed mountains of paperwork completing and then renewing our home study, applied to multiple adoption agencies, overcome unexpected financial hurdles, and experienced intense emotional ups and downs because of viewing potential matches and being unable to present our family to be chosen due to finances.

All this, however, is offset by the blessing of HOPE. We know God has called our family to grow through adoption, and we look ahead with expectant hope to the joy that is to come–and that is what makes this journey a blessing.

We hope that by inviting you into this process through this crowdfunding campaign, you will see yourself–like we see you–as a special part of the community we hope to build around our children as they grow up.
