Hi, our names are Keith & Vickie Crowder. Our family has been missionaries to Honduras since 2009. Shortly after arriving, we became a foster family and started taking in children at risk. One of the children we took in was at death's door, literally. She immediately stole our hearts and after a lot of hospitals, doctors, love and patience, she started getting better and growing stronger! Our interpreter (and future son-in-law) was instrumental in helping us get her the proper care in a country that wasn't so obliged to help her! After one year, child services told us our little girl was being declared abandoned and gave us first option to adopt her. We could not imagine life without her, she completes us. However, living on very little as missionaries, we knew we would need help. So, we, with our three biological daughters and soon-to-be son-in-law, humbly ask for your assistance. Please help us to keep our daughter and sister, so we can remain a forever family. Thank you for your consideration and for helping children get to their forever families!
