is adopting a child from Brazil

We have BIG news!

We are adopting two siblings from Brazil!

In case you weren't aware, we have been on an international adoption journey for quite some time now. We have been blessed in life to be fortunate enough to expand our family with two siblings from Brazil. We are so excited to embark on the final stage of this process which requires two months in-country for the "cocooning" phase.

We have been on quite a journey with all the COVID challenges along the way. Given Brazil's COVID conditions, there have been several delays. We are now approved and finalizing VISA and travel plans.

We greatly appreciate any support from our great community of friends and family to help us along the way in bringing these kiddos into our family here in the United States!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome two beautiful new lives into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign.

It may surprise you to hear that international adoption-related costs can easily total up to $50,000 USD or more. This is why we have set a goal of $12,000 USD to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our children as they grow up.
