Before we got married, we had the conversation. You know the one… How many kids do you want? Boys or girls? Amount of age between each kid? Biological or adoption? To each of our surprise, we didn't have strong opinions about any of the above… except adoption. For some reason, we both wanted to grow our family by way of adoption. As we looked out at the world, it just didn't make sense that some kids would grow up in a world without parents to love them and care for them. We wanted kids, and there are a lot of kids that need loving parents… it seemed simple. Six months into marriage we began our first adoption. By God's grace, our first daughter (Nya) came home from Ghana in June 2014. It is with great excitement that we begin our next adoption… But, as with our first one, we go into it knowing we won't be able to do it alone. We are confident that the perfect amount of resources will be provided, and we are so grateful that you would consider helping us get our new baby home.
