We are blessed!
Our daughter is 18 this week, we have always wanted to foster to adopt however the county here in Fresno Ca. Is so backed up it’s been over a year and we haven’t been able to get anywhere. We had our home on the market and were ready to move to Florida when all of a sudden our lives took a change.. Our daughter’s friend since elementary has a sister and in their culture you don’t get pregnant before you marry or you can get banned from your family or… worse well she was 20+ weeks pregnant and was going to have an abortion but decided against it. Then a few days later she started having horrible pain and bleeding and her sister took her to the hospital where she had to have the baby. (Family still doesn’t know) and she called me two weeks later when she realized the baby looked like she was going to survive and she asked if her and her boyfriend could talk to my husband and I. Long story short we are now waiting for Baby Nona Grace to be discharged to us sometime in hopefully December or earlier. She is doing so well we go down to she her and hold her every day. She had her 1st bath just today.
Please if you can help us with anything we have a long road a head of us medically and with when she gets out we would appreciate all you can do we truly believe the Lord has a plan for her.
