I'm adopting!
I'm beyond excited to, in this past week, have welcomed a beautiful new baby, Gianna Grace into my home. I've selected an excellent and trusted an adoption agency, AdoptHelp, that values integrity and excellence in all they do. One thing I like about it is that it offers supportive services to the baby's birth mother, which is important to me. Very recently, after a failed adoption in August, I was chosen by another a birth mom here in California. On Saturday, March 2, she was born and I brought her home with me Sunday, March 3.
As part of my adoption process, I have started a crowdfunding campaign. It wasn't easy to do this since I already live on donations because of the ministry work I do, but so many people have encouraged me to get others involved, so here I am! It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $40,000 or even more (which mine have!). To complete paying for my expenses, I've set a goal of $40,000 to help ease the financial burden that's left.
I hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community I hope to build around my daughter as she grows up as well as someone who's taken part in investing into something worthwhile -giving a baby a loving and needed home.
