Our former foster kids are expecting a sibling and their mother has asked us to adopt him. What an honor! After considering what this would look like for our family we want to pursue this whole heartedly and welcome this new addition to our family. There are some expected costs that come with private adoption. Baby is due in June which leaves us with little time to save such a large amount (approximately $20,000). We have applied for grants as well. It would help tremendously to have any amount covered for this life changing journey. Adoption is close to my heart as my own mom, her siblings, my brother and best friend all are adopted. This means our baby will never feel like the odd one out ❤️ Thank you so much for your consideration!
