We have been working towards the goal of building a family for a very long time (the past 5 years in fact.) Now we are very close. We have been working with a great agency (Bethany Christian Services) and now that our home study has been completed we finally have found ourselves on the waiting list. Words fail to describe the feeling of getting to this point, as well as the immense gratitude we have to our God, our friends, family, and even the complete strangers who have supported and helped us in this journey. Thank you just isn&'t enough. There is a child out there who is waiting for us, just as much as we are waiting for them, and you all are a part of their very unique and special story. We have come so close, but we have just a little bit further to go. God has carried us this far, and He will carry us the rest of the way, but we invite you to come along with us on this journey.
