We are adopting!!!
Adoption has been on both of our hearts since before we were even married. We always imagined our family growing through adoption, but we weren't sure what the timing would be. After a few years of not getting pregnant we feel it's super clear that now is our time to pursue adoption.
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. I have found that it is still surprising to hear how much adoption related costs are, as well as how much paperwork, trainings, meeting, etc. that go into this process.
Our hope is that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. We are so incredibly grateful for each one of you - from each penny given towards this cause to watching Jack while we are in a training, or all the ways you are loving our family through this.
