Six years ago in the midst of diapers and potty training and raising our two very young children we suddenly felt that our family was not finished. That we had another child out there, somewhere, and that we needed to go find her. April 23, 2009 we brought home our 10 month old daughter from Korea. This past fall we felt the same call, that our family was still incomplete. We saw the photograph of an 8 year old boy waiting in China for a family and knew he was our son. We know we have chosen the road less traveled, a harder road than many would choose for their family, to bring home an 8 year old boy with a congenital heart defect who does not speak english. But God has blessed us, and each of our children have blessed us in their own unique way. Although we have never met him, he is our son, and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to give him the love he deserves. However, we need your help. Unfortunately adoptions are very expensive. We need our friends and family to join with us in our journey and help overcome the financial difficulties that stand in our way. Please consider supporting us as we seek to bring home our son. Thank you, The Evans
